Spa and Fitness Membership

This option allows admittance to Nirvana Spa anytime Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, with unlimited access of Pulse 8 Health & Fitness Club included.  Use of Nirvana Spa outside of this entitlement may be made for a fee of £28.00 per visit.  (This fee will increase to £29.50 as of 1^st June 2008).

Health Club Membership

This option allows admittance to Nirvana Spa prior to 8.30am and after 4pm, Monday to Friday and access after 4pm on weekends and Bank Holidays, with unlimited use of Pulse 8 Health & Fitness Club included. Use of Nirvana Spa outside of this entitlement may be made for a fee of £28.00 per visit. (This fee will increase to £29.50 as of 1^st June 2008).

Pulse 8 Full Membership

This option allows Full use of Pulse 8 Health & Fitness Club at any time, including use of all Cardio and Weights Areas, Classes, Tennis and Badminton, also the Steam Room, Sauna and Spa Pool.

Pulse 8 Express Membership

This option allows Full use of Pulse 8 Health & Fitness Club with access before 9am any day of the week. Includes use of all Cardio and Weights Areas, Classes, Tennis and Badminton, also the Steam Room, Sauna and Spa Pool. Out of hours usage is £7.50 per visit. (This fee will be reduced to £6.00 as of 1^st June 2008).

Money Back Guarantee:

In accordance with the Club Rules, the Joining Fee is non refundable.  However, if for any reason you wish to change your mind within the first four weeks of membership and withdraw from the Club we will refund any element of the Joining Fee paid.

Membership is intended to be for at least a year, however if your circumstances change you may cancel your membership at any time, giving one months notice.  If paying by direct debit the payments will continue to be debited on an on-going basis until you instruct your bank to cancel the direct debit mandate or contact us to discontinue your membership. One months notice is required.

Monthly subscription by direct debit includes a small finance charge for the provision of this facility. It is included in the fees shown. All fees include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Guests

Pulse 8:

Members can sign in up to a maximum of three adult or two junior guests to use the Pulse 8 facilities, with time and activity restrictions applicable. Members must be responsible for their conduct at all times.

Adult Guest fee:

£7.50 per guest. Entitles a guest to use all the facilities, including the Spa Pool, Sauna & Steam Room.

Junior Guest fee:

£5.00 per guest.  Entitles entry to all facilities at Pulse 8 Health and Fitness Club from Monday – Friday up to 6.30pm (departure from the club must be by 7.30pm) and unlimited access at weekends. Entry after 6.30pm weekdays is entirely at the discretion of the Duty Manager, if admitted there will be an additional entry fee of £2.50 making the total guest fee £7.50.

Nirvana:

Members are permitted to bring up to 2 guests per visit subject to pre-booking.  Guest use of the Gym and Classes is restricted to experienced Gym or Class attendees only (please ask at Reception for further details).

Daytime

Fri - Sun & Bank Holidays     £45.00 per guest          (£47.00 as of 1^st June ’08)

Evening

Monday – Thursday                £22.50 per guest          (£24.50 as of 1^st June ’08)

Fri- Sun & Bank Holidays      £25.00 per guest          (£27.00 as of 1^st June ’08)

Please note that Day Guests are required to check out no later than 5pm, and a surcharge equivalent to the Evening Guest Fee will apply to any late departures. Evening guest check in is from 5.30pm

Additional charges will be required for treatments, towel and robe hire.
